请看一下tomcat配置那个章节，是否配置了URIEncoding="UTF-8"，请把tomcat的conf下的server.xml里整个文件贴上来哈。

的确是tomcat 编码的问题 , 中途我替换过tomcat 忘记更改server.xml文件了,添加编码格式的server.xml文件如下
