Failed to collect dependencies at com.online.college:ocCommon:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT: Failed to read artifact descriptor for com.online.college:ocCommon:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact com.online.college:ocProject:pom:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

但是ocCommon 包已经生成成功。

你直接在ocProject上打包，应该就可以了
