使用@Configuration注解class里面的@Autowired注入失败

来源：6-9 使用JWT替换默认令牌

由于用的是spring io构建的maven项目，没有使用spring boot，有一些注入会失败，有一些是可以的。

应该是有个读取的先后顺序，网上没找到解决办法。

如何解决
spring boot和直接用maven构建的项目区别在哪
