同学好，主要看看你读取jdbc.properties的配置是否正确，可以复制粘贴我的spring-dao.xml，然后调整一下，修改没问题后，再对比下差距在哪里

感觉是解析url里面的特殊字符读取出来有问题？同学可以参考 https://blog.csdn.net/challenge_me/article/details/79298200 用代码的形式将url读取出来，看看是个啥，也可以把你url的内容改成非转码形式 jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/MyProject?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=UTC
