本地都可以跑，但是打成war包上传之后服务没跑起来

本地都可以跑，服务一切正常。上传war包前，输入服务器外网IP地址可以看到tomcat的小猫。传了war包之后，输入服务器外网IP地址，就报错误。

然后我前端在app.js改了服务器网址来测试，也没法获取服务。

看tomcat日志，看看有没有报错。
打包过程务必保证步骤正确。
