我在节点1和节点2中执行命令出现错误

$ kubectl apply -f calico.yaml
The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?

不知道为什么会连接8080端口, 而且连不上, 是我哪里配置错误了呢?
执行kubectl get pod也是一样的错误

配置文件：~/.kube/config
