分发微服务中的fegin 调用到了模板微服务，但是还是走hystrix

分发微服务中的fegin 调用到了模板微服务，
查看模板微服务进行了查询，并且有数据，但是分发微服务中 TemplateClient 还是走到了hystrix ，有什么原因？
目前一执照不到原因
