editorconfig和gitignore就是后缀，文件应该是 .editorconfig 和 .gitignore

在 Windows 下面，如果要建立 .editorconfig 这样的文件，需要写成 

.editorconfig.

就是在后面再加个点，然后 Windows 资源管理器会自动把文件命名为 .editorconfig
