提示用户名已存在

老师，我想请问一下，就是在我在这里用uploadWithChunkTest来测试集成分布式锁的时候，控制台报错：RPanBusinessException(code=1, message=用户名已存在)，这是为什么呢？因为我之前测试都是可以通过的，就是改成使用分布式锁之后就报错了，这问题应该出在哪以及怎么解决呢？谢谢！

好的老师。我清理了数据库之后，又出现了线程的错误。报错是这样的："Exception in thread "Thread-11" Exception in thread "Thread-14" Exception in thread "Thread-13" Exception in thread "Thread-8" Exception in thread "Thread-9" Exception in thread "Thread-12" Exception in thread "Thread-10" Exception in thread "Thread-15" Exception in thread "Thread-6" org.springframework.expression.spel.SpelParseException: EL1041E: After parsing a valid expression, there is still more data in the expression: 'comma(,)'" 这个是为啥呢？谢谢
