访问 127.0.0.1/xadmin 出现 [Errno 10060]

第一次启动, 访问xadmin,后台多出[Errno 10060] 这么一条错误, 等个将近一分钟才会显示xadmin页面, 以后访问就没问题了.
只要重启服务就会出现一次.

这个可以不用管 后期部署通过nginx+uwsgi启动 只要现在能访问就行了

就是在xadmin第一次登陆会出现, 有时候是这个错误,但是10060 一定出现
