在初建工程时会自动生成一个pom.xml里面有
<plugin> <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId> <version>3.7.0</version> </plugin>
然后在老师的代码里面加上这个版本，如：
<plugin> <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId> <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId> <!-- 下面这一行 --> <version>3.7.0</version> <configuration> <source>1.8</source> <target>1.8</target> <encoding>UTF-8</encoding> <compilerArguments> <extdirs>${project.basedir}/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/lib</extdirs> </compilerArguments> </configuration> </plugin>222018-11-22 -

可以增加-X参数看全部的debug的日志。可以试试看具体报错在哪里。
另外可以把教程带的xml文件替换一下，试试是否成功，然后对比一下写法看看哪里有问题呢？
因为我看不到你的xml文件。
